Faugères is located 25 km north of Béziers, in the foothills of the Cévennes,
and in the heart of the Haut-Languedoc Regional Natural Park.
It is the only AOP in the Languedoc to be grown on a homogeneous schist soil.
Its vineyards are mixed with wild nature, offers remarkable landscapes made up of hillsides culminating at an altitude of nearly 400m with valleys, vines, garrigues, small woods and capitelles..

The Domaine’s winemakers combine innovation and tradition to refine and stabilise the grapes.
Small vats allow them to vinify by grape variety and by parcel and produce precise and carefully chosen blends, respecting the Faugères PDO.

The estate received the Organic Agriculture label in 2020.
